Design & Sales Executive / Senior Executive

We are looking for an experienced and creative Design & Sales Executive / Senior Executive to join our team. The role will be responsible for understanding client requirements, developing interior design concepts, preparing proposals and estimates, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and supporting business growth through effective design and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and outline client design objectives and requirements.
• Conceptualize and develop interior design plans based on client needs.
• Prepare sketches, layouts, 2D drawings, and 3D designs.
• Create mood boards and material/sample boards to communicate design concepts.
• Determine project requirements, estimated costs, and budgets during the planning stage.
• Prepare quotations, BOQs, and commercial proposals as required.
• Set project timelines and coordinate activities to ensure timely completion.
• Source and recommend suitable materials, furniture, finishes, and products.
• Use computer-aided design and other software to develop and present design concepts.
• Communicate design concepts and proposals clearly to clients.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project.
• Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation meets the approved requirements.
• Follow up with clients and support the sales process from enquiry to project closure.
• Identify opportunities to generate business and contribute towards achieving sales targets.
• Review completed projects to ensure client expectations and design objectives have been
