Role Summary
Lead technical support activities including troubleshooting, integrations, Reports and Minor enhancements
Key Responsibilities
Handle complex technical issues (L3 support)
Perform data fixes using SQL/PLSQL
Debug batch failures and integration issues
Work on:
REST APIs integrations
Log analysis
BI Publisher reports
Support minor enhancements (APEX, APIs, reports)
Required Skills
Strong in Oracle SQL / PL/SQL , Oracle Apex, API
Experience with:
MFCS/RMS data model
REST APIs / Postman / Swagger
BI Publisher
APEX (good to have)
