• Work Schedule: PRN

The MR Technologist I will assist physicians in the performance of diagnostic and / or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and safely operating the MR equipment in order to obtain diagnostic scans.

• Education : High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program or MR Program, required.
  
• Experience : Minimum of one year of experience in MR, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification :
  • NH Medical Center-Certified and registered by ARRT in MR - RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR) within 6 months of hire, required.
  • IV Credentialed, required.
  • Applicable state license, required.
    
• Additional skills required : Thorough knowledge of MRI imaging equipment, Analytical ability and basic computer skills. Has the ability to interpret information to identify each patient's requirements for care relative to his/her age specific needs. Good communication skills.
