## About the Role

Den Z is looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and strengthen the brand's premium digital identity.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience managing social media for a premium fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or similar consumer brand, with a strong understanding of content, aesthetics, trends, and brand storytelling.

## Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Den Z's social media strategy across Instagram and other relevant platforms. Plan and manage monthly content calendars, including Reels, posts, Stories, campaigns and launches. Create and manage premium, visually consistent content aligned with Den Z's brand identity. Work closely with photographers, videographers, designers, influencers and internal teams for content production. Identify and leverage relevant fashion, social media and cultural trends to create engaging content. Write creative captions, hooks, CTAs and campaign copy. Manage day-to-day social media posting, scheduling and community engagement. Track social media performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights. Monitor competitors and premium fashion brands to identify opportunities and emerging trends. Coordinate influencer collaborations and ensure timely content delivery. Support product launches, campaigns, festive communication and other brand initiatives.

## Design & Canva Skills

Proficient in *Canva* and capable of independently creating high-quality social media creatives. Strong understanding of typography, layouts, composition, colour palettes and premium visual aesthetics. Ability to create Instagram posts, Stories, carousels, campaign creatives and basic video/Reel assets using Canva. Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Cap Cut, Premiere Pro or similar is an advantage.

## Requirements

Minimum *2 years of professional experience* in social media management, preferably with a premium fashion, lifestyle, beauty or D2 C brand. Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories and current social media trends. Excellent creative sense with a strong eye for premium aesthetics. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Canva is mandatory. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong understanding of brand positioning and digital storytelling. Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations is preferred.
