Project Planner

b Overview /b p In this role you will lead end-to-end planning for high-value construction programs, collaborating with clients and contractors to deliver integrated schedules. You will shape master programmes, baselines, and look-ahead plans while ensuring schedule integrity across multi-project environments. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate project needs into actionable, data-driven scheduling insights and reporting. This is a hands-on position in a growth-focused firm with a strong emphasis on client outcomes and collaboration. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Coordinate and lead planning sessions with clients and vendors to establish master schedule baselines and critical path /li li Plan, develop and monitor construction schedules with cross-functional teams /li li Produce and maintain detailed construction programs using Primavera P6 and Tableau /li li Collect and input schedule data from vendors and contractors into planning systems /li li Implement scheduling strategy, roles, and responsibilities across the project /li li Ensure schedule performance tracking and quality assurance with project groups and contractors /li li Generate progress reports and look-ahead schedules (1, 3, 6 months) from P6 /li li Perform probabilistic, critical path, and schedule risk analyses /li li Identify deviations from baseline, propose corrective actions, and assess variance impact /li li Provide timely project status updates and reporting to clients /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Demonstrated ability to derive corrective actions from data /li li Advanced MS Office and Primavera P6 skills /li li Commitment to excellent client service /li li Autonomous work capability and team collaboration /li li Strong time management and deadline-driven mindset /li li Motivation and ability to work independently with a client-focused approach /li /ul ul li stakeholder engagement /li li clear communication /li li proactive problem-solving /li li Primavera P6 /li li Tableau /li li MS Office /li /ul
