Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Thane. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various roles within the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, defining role requirements, and ensuring a smooth and timely hiring experience. The specialist will support employer branding initiatives by promoting Housez24’s culture, values, and opportunities across online platforms and professional networks. Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, managing recruitment tools and databases, providing regular hiring updates, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting activities, from role definition to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Experience in hiring processes, including job posting, candidate shortlisting, and coordinating with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Strong interviewing skills, including structured and competency-based interviewing, and the ability to assess both skills and cultural fit.
• Capability to support employer branding initiatives, including creating role descriptions, candidate messaging, and promoting the company across relevant channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and basic HR documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in Thane and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; prior experience in real estate or high-growth organizations is an advantage.
