Job Title: Team Leader – (Pre-Sales & Post-Sales)

Location: Malad (Aspee) / Thane
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift: General Shift
Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team handling pre-sales and post-sales operations.
- Monitor team performance and ensure daily productivity targets are achieved.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Prepare and maintain performance reports and MIS.
- Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to company policies.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in the Real Estate industry.
- Hands-on experience in both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales processes is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to handle targets and customer escalations effectively.
