Human Resources Manager

A well-established manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic partner and hands-on HR leader. This position will oversee employee relations, labor relations, HR policies, payroll coordination, recruitment, talent planning, employee development, and change-management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex employee relations matters
• Advise leaders on performance, development, employment practices, and workforce decisions
• Support union and labor relations activities
• Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Coordinate payroll changes, benefits guidance, recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
• Lead talent and succession-planning efforts
• Align HR strategy with broader business objectives
• Support organizational changes and HR-related projects

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with significant employee relations responsibility
• At least three years of management experience in heavy manufacturing
• Strong union and labor relations experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• Experience in aerospace machining or manufacturing is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and internal consulting skills
• A collaborative, adaptable, and hands-on leadership style

Work Schedule : Onsite

Compensation : $90-110k base
