About the Role

We are looking for a driven and articulate Tele Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for our prospects. In this role, you will pitch and sell our stock market courses, F&O research advisory plans, and market education offerings — entirely over the phone. You will manage your own pipeline, handle objections confidently, follow up persistently, and close sales against monthly targets. This is a high-ownership, performance-driven role with direct impact on the company's growth.

Qualifications

Must Have

• Minimum 1 year of tele sales experience at Justdial, Byju's, or Club Mahindra (mandatory — applications without this will not be considered)
• Basic to working knowledge of stock markets, trading, or financial products
• Strong communication in Hindi and/or English — Hinglish fluency is a plus
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding calling-based sales targets
• Self-motivated with high resilience and comfort with large call volumes

Good to Have

• Prior experience selling financial products, courses, or subscriptions
• Familiarity with terms like F&O, SEBI, indices, or advisory services
• Experience engaging retail investors or aspiring traders
