Visual Designer About InovarTech & Skolasti InovarTech is a Hyderabad-based technology company building AI-powered products that help businesses and professionals scale efficiently. Our flagship edtech platform, Skolasti, is an AI powered Learning Management System (LMS) designed for Indian coaches, trainers, educators, and course creators. Coaches use Skolasti to create, manage, market, and monetize courses through features such as UPI payments, white-label branding, DRM content protection, and AI-powered learner assistance. We are expanding our marketing team and are looking for a creative Visual Designer who can help shape Skolasti's digital presence across social media, web, and marketing campaigns. Technical Skills Required Design Tools • Figma • Components, Auto Layout, Design Systems • Shared styles and reusable design assets Social Media Design • Instagram creatives and carousel design • LinkedIn visual content • Reel covers and thumbnails • Marketing campaign creatives Visual Communication • Typography and visual hierarchy • Brand consistency and design systems • Colour theory and layout principles • Mobile-first content design Motion Design • Basic motion graphics • Animated social media posts • Reel animations using CapCut, Figma, or After Effects Marketing Assets • Landing page creatives • Website graphics • Product marketing visuals Good to Have • Experience with EdTech, SaaS, or creator-focused brands • Video editing for social media content • Landing page design experience • Illustration and icon design skills • Understanding of content-driven marketing campaigns Key Responsibilities • Design engaging visual content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other marketing channels. • Create carousels, static posts, reel covers, thumbnails, and campaign creatives. • Maintain consistency with the Skolasti brand identity across all touchpoints. • Convert marketing concepts into platform-specific visual assets. • Support product launches, campaigns, and website initiatives with creative assets. • Collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to execute growth initiatives. • Incorporate feedback quickly and maintain high-quality delivery standards. • Contribute creative ideas that improve engagement and brand visibility.
