Director, Global SSP Sales

Humaneva Group · United, Pennsylvania, United States

FULL TIMEpermanent

Job Description

Every SSP contract Humaneva holds was sold locally; Country by country, usually reactively, usually to a country-level buyer. Nobody at Humaneva has walked into a global R&D procurement function and said: you already use us in three countries, here is our global rate card, let's talk about a global agreement. That conversation is the job.The plan you would be executing as a Director of Global SSP Sales is as follows:Map the buyers. Top 75 pharma plus the top 10 CROs. Global procurement leads and global site relationship leads identified by name. This does not exist today.Map the demand. For each account: do they use SSP at all, in which countries, through which providers, on what model. Then the two things that actually matter: category refresh dates and the buyer who owns them. Almost nobody tracks this properly. It is the highest-value intelligence in the business.Convert what we already hold. Take the global rate card into existing clients, propose the local-to-global MSA conversion, and use that as the opening into the global contract discussion. Some will bite immediately. Some will not.Get into the refresh RFPs. Be on the invite list across the Top 75 and top 10, positioned well before the RFP drops rather than responding to it cold.Win the work. Three levers, the same three you already know from FSP: renewals, expansions, new logos. Strong on the first, under-exploited on the second, close to zero on the third.
